Apartments in our holiday house
Both apartments in our holiday house have cable tv and electrical window blinds in all living and sleeping areas, three separate double rooms, living rooms, two showers, two toilets (ladies and gentlemen separate), balcony and terrace, completely furnished kitchen with an e-cooker and baking-oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, a cleaning kit, additional installation solid fuel stove with a ceramic plate, kitchen radio with cd-player, an espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, steam iron, ironing board, dishwasher, bread and sausage cutter, water kettle, vegetable and rice cooker, egg cooker, soap and showering gel dispenser, hair dryer, towels as well as bedlinen.
In the separate living-rooms we have ready for you reclining leather sitting sets, a balcony with balcony furniture on the upper floor (apartment No. 5),
terrace on the ground floor (apartment No. 6) with terrace furniture as well as still additional chimney oven, is available still there is access to wireless internet, a DVD player and cable tv.
The holiday house offers place for a maximum of 16 persons, i.e. per apartment and floor eight persons.
In the entire holiday house Karin there is free access to wireless internet for our house guests. A machine for drying shoes is likewise available free of charge.
The entry door keys for the holiday house Karin are deposited in the hotel *** zum Stralz' n.
For electric vehicles, we have installed a Fronius Wattpilot Home 11 J in our Gasthof*** zum Stralz'n and in the Karin holiday home. You can charge 11 kWh with a maximum of 16A using a personalized ID chip. Price per kWh €0.5
Apartment 5 (four separate sleeping areas)

- four separate sleeping areas: three separate double rooms and a double leather sleeping couch in the own living room
Apartment 6 (four separate sleeping areas)
- per night, maximally eight persons, approx. 100 m 2 with considered terrace and terrace furniture, free parking lots
- own completely equipped kitchen with dinette, hallway with clothes storage, two showers, two toilets
- four separate sleeping places: three separate double rooms & a double leather sleep couch in the own living room
Use the entire holiday house für a maximum of 16 persons
There is also the possibility to book the entire holiday house Karin, with an allocation to a maximum of 16 persons of booking starting from one week or longer. Here additionally there is still another fifth shower with toilet put for you at the disposal. With a stay longer than one week we offer the free use of a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer for you.
The apartments can be booked with breakfast or half-board, which is served in the Hotel*** zum Stralz'n. Surcharge for the breakfast buffet is 13 euro per person, with half-board in total, 32,50 euro (breakfast 13 euro, plus dinner 19,50 euro = in total 32,50 euro per person and night). In the evening we offer two three-course menus to you at the price of 19,50 euro per person to select from.
For events or other festivities, price-fixing arrangement is directly at the Hotel*** zum Stralz' n.
